"Fast and Easy Order"
I ordered two scrub tops on a Monday night and they showed up by Thursday, which surprised me because I figured it would take longer. The tracking updated like it should, and the package arrived in good shape. Overall, it was a really easy order, and the quick shipping is a big reason I’d order from them again.

"Everything arrived fine"
Everything came exactly as expected, it just took a little longer than I thought it would. Not a big deal though, since it all arrived in good shape and was correct.

"Annoyed I Ever Worried About It"
I was ready to blame them if the embroidery came out messy or started peeling after one wash, but it actually looked clean and held up perfectly. So now I’m annoyed for no reason because it turned out great and I’m really happy with it

"I had to cancel an order…"
I had to cancel an order, the process wasn’t the smoothest. Customer service did get back to me eventually (so I’ll give them credit for that), but it took a little while and I wasn’t totally sure at first if my cancellation had actually gone through. They did end up handling it, which I appreciated, but I just wish the whole cancel process was quicker and a little clearer.

"Easy Checkout and a Nice Savings Win"
I used my rewards at checkout and it was smooth. I’m usually a little cautious about making sure discounts apply correctly before I hit pay, but everything showed up clearly and the total dropped like it was supposed to. Saved a bit of cash without any hassle, so I was happy with it

"Fit surprisingly well"
I ordered two scrub tops and a pair of pants, and they fit pretty much exactly like the size chart said they would. I’m usually kind of between sizes, so I wasn’t sure... like I expected something to be off, maybe tight in the shoulders or weird in the legs. But nope, no awkward tight spots and the pants weren’t baggy either. Happy with them overall.

"Decent Deal, But Read the Fine Print"
I ordered from Scrubs & Beyond mainly because I saw they had a promo, and my snap judgment was, “Nice, this should save me a decent amount.” The discount did help a little, but once shipping and exclusions were added in, it wasn’t as good as I first thought. A few items I wanted didn’t even qualify for the code, which was frustrating, and I ended up testing different things in my cart just to see what would work. Overall, it’s okay if you catch the right sale, but definitely read the details first. I’d give it 3 stars

The fabric is actually really soft and not scratchy at all, which I’m happy about. I was frustrated with how long I had to wait for it to arrive, though. Once it finally showed up, the material felt nice and comfortable

"Nothing fancy, but it worked just fine"
My scrubs showed up in decent shape, and thankfully nothing was damaged. The bag looked like it had been through a tiny shipping adventure and was a bit wrinkled, but everything inside was clean and totally fine. The packaging wasn’t anything fancy, but it did what it needed to do.

"I had my name added to the tops…"
I had my name added to the tops and expected it to take a while, but it shipped faster than I thought. When everything arrived, it looked exactly right. It’s a small detail, but seeing my name on there made it feel more personal and worth doing. No complaints from me.

My scrubs arrived just fine, and I appreciated the tracking emails so I had a good idea of when to expect them. One of the updates took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I’d say they’re worth considering

"Cute scrubs with plenty of options"
I’ve ordered scrubs from here a few times now, the color selection is really good. They have a lot of different styles too, not just the same plain tops you see everywhere. It was actually easy to find scrubs that look cute but still feel appropriate for work. I also appreciate when a shop gives healthcare workers more choices instead of acting like we should settle for boring uniforms. I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

I liked the item overall, but the sizing details weren’t totally accurate and it ended up fitting a little different than I expected, so I’d definitely suggest double-checking measurements or maybe sizing up or down depending on how you want it to fit.

They replied the same day and actually answered my question, not some generic copy-paste response. My issue got sorted without me having to keep following up, which was really nice. Happy with how simple it all was, and it defintely makes me feel better about ordering from Scrubs & Beyond again

I accidentally ordered the wrong size scrubs and had to return them. The process on scrubsandbeyond was easy, if that makes sense. It took a few days to get my refund, but nothing unreasonable, and customer service got back to me really quickly when I had a question. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d order from them again.

"They actually had my size"
I had to order new scrubs last minute, I was surprised they had the colors and sizes I needed. A couple other sites were sold out of almost everything I clicked on, so this was a relief. Checkout was quick, everything said it was in stock, and I didn’t get one of those annoying backorder emails afterward. I’m happy with the order and I’d definitely shop here again...

I stopped in because I needed some new scrub pants and had no idea what size I should go with. The lady working there was really nice and pulled a few options for me to try, then checked in here and there without hovering or making it awkward. The prices were fine, not the best deal ever, but the service made the whole thing easy. I’d definitely go back

"Finally found scrubs that fit"
I’m plus size, scrub shopping is usually the worst for me. But they actually had a good range of options that fit comfortably. I just ordered my normal size and it worked out great. Super happy with them.
